How group coaching works
Our group coaching program is intentionally designed for small, focused groups where each person’s voice is heard and valued. Together, we’ll create a roadmap for growth while also offering personal support along the way.
Smaller Groups
No more than 3 like-minded, goal-oriented participants per group
Session Length
1-hour weekly sessions (minimum 5 recommended for strong results)
Balanced Approach
Weekly group sessions + individual check-ins before the next meeting
Flexible Options
Unlimited email check-ins, quick calls (20 minutes or less), and limited daily texts for encouragement.
